Follow the Maine Turnpike (RTE 95) to exit 75 this is the Auburn exit and is also formally exit 12. When getting off the exit get into the left lane because you need to take left at the set of lights just off the highway. Taking a left at the lights puts you on route 4 heading north.

Follow route 4 through Auburn, Livermore, Phillips and Madrid. After Madrid you will see signs for the Rangeley area and Saddleback Ski Area. From here look for Dallas Hill Road on your right, it is the same road that Saddleback Ski Area is on.

Take a right on to Dallas Hill Road. If you go past an IGA grocery store on your right you have gone about 100 yards to far. Follow Dallas Hill Road for approximately 3.6 miles. At 2.4 miles you will see the access road to Saddleback Mountain on your right, do not take the access road. Stay on Dallas Hill Road.

At the 3.6 mile mark, spruce circle will be on your left. Bear Left on to Spruce Circle but do not go down Wood Road. Wood Road is a dead end. Follow Spruce Circle for .2 miles. Take a right on to Deer Run Road and the drive way will be right in front of you, it is marked with a number 11 sign. Please note the paved road ends just after the entrance to Saddleback Mountain, so yes you are going the right way.
